How does Rental Vaults work for customers?

Customers can browse our various vaults (Tech, Equipment, Event, etc.), select the dates they need an item, and book it directly. You pick it up from the vendor or have it delivered, use it, and return it!

How do I become a Vendor?

Click 'For Vendors' in the footer to apply. Once approved, you can connect your Stripe account, upload your inventory, and start accepting rentals immediately.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, most high-value items require a security deposit. This is held on your credit card and released immediately upon the safe return of the item.

What happens if equipment breaks during my rental?

Please contact the vendor immediately through the platform. Normal wear and tear is expected, but severe damage may result in a partial or full claim against your security deposit.
